Introduction

Welcome to AuraTone Studios, India's premier provider of professional audio recording services. These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of our studios, our website, our booking portal, and all interactions with our brand. By using our services and booking studio time, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

To book a session at AuraTone Studios, you must be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by a legal guardian. You affirm that you will use our facilities and equipment only in a lawful, safe, and intended manner, adhering to all studio rules and policies.

Account and Client Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all bookings made through our service. This may include your contact details, company information, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account or booking at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details and for all activities and individuals present during your booked session. The client who makes the booking is considered the primary responsible party for the session.

Studio Availability and Condition

We make every effort to ensure our studios and equipment are well-maintained and available. However, studio availability for any specific date or time is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed with a deposit. Our equipment is professionally maintained, but you are responsible for reporting any technical issues or malfunctions to the on-site engineer immediately.

Fees and Pricing

All studio booking fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (like GST). You are charged based on the hourly, daily, or project-based rates as agreed upon during booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, but will be honored for any confirmed bookings.

Session Conclusion and Data Backup

You are responsible for concluding your session within the agreed-upon booked time. Overtime will be billed at our standard hourly rate, subject to studio availability. At the end of your session, you are responsible for securing and backing up all your project data. AuraTone Studios is not responsible for any data loss after the session concludes.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Refunds are issued based on our cancellation policy. A full refund of the deposit is provided for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance. If you believe there has been a billing error or experienced a critical technical failure that significantly impacted your session, you must report the issue to the studio manager immediately. All disputes will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The AuraTone Studios name, logo, and all related service names and designs are our intellectual property. Crucially, you, the client, retain 100% ownership and copyright of the musical compositions and sound recordings ("Your Work") created during your session. We claim no rights to Your Work. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

Client Conduct and Liability

Clients are solely responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests within the studio premises. You must adhere to all studio rules, including policies on food, drink, and smoking. You are liable for any damage caused to studio equipment, instruments, or property due to negligence or misuse. Our total liability in connection with any session is strictly limited to the fee paid for that specific session.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute, the Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
